By accessing or using Mimap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mimap. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the service.

Mimap is an AI-powered mind mapping tool that lets you create, edit, and share mind maps. The service includes free and paid tiers with different usage limits.

• Free — 3 lifetime AI generations, unlimited manual mind maps
• Pro — 200 AI generations/month, billed monthly or yearly
• Growth — 2,000 AI generations/month, billed monthly or yearly

Subscriptions are managed through Polar and auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

You retain full ownership of all mind maps and content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service.

AI-generated mind maps are based on your input — you own the output. However, AI content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the information.

You agree not to use AI-generated outputs to:

• Resell or redistribute as a standalone AI-generation product or service
• Train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI or machine learning model
• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Abuse the AI system with automated bulk requests

When you share a mind map via a public link, anyone with that link can view it. You are responsible for any content you make publicly available.

We strive to keep Mimap available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Mimap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or reliance on AI-generated content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mimap and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the service in violation of these terms
• Content you submit, share, or generate through the service
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
